1. Who we are

mabelmoose.com (the “Site”) is operated by 4jam Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at support@mabelmoose.com. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

2. Custom products

Every item we sell is made to order from the photo and options you provide. Nothing is made in advance.

3. Your photo

You confirm that you own the photo or have the right to use it, and that it is lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may refuse an order that breaks this rule.

You give us a limited license to process your photo, including with automated and AI image tools, and to share the resulting design with our production and shipping partners, solely to make and deliver your order. Your photo stays yours. We do not use it in marketing without your permission. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Previews and design approval

The preview is a representation of your design, not an exact picture of the final product. Printing on glass can cause small differences in color, detail and shading, and results depend on the quality of the photo you upload (see our Photo Guide).

By paying, you approve the design as shown. We cannot change the design after purchase.

5. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Your order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, and if we do you will receive a full refund.

Discount codes are single-use, cannot be combined, and have no cash value. Any expiry date is shown with the code.

6. No cancellations or changes

Every item is custom-made and production begins as soon as your order is placed, so orders cannot be cancelled and cancelled orders are not refunded.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, email support@mabelmoose.com with your order number within 12 hours of placing your order and we will correct it if we can. After that we cannot change it.

7. Shipping

We ship your order within 15 business days of the time it is placed. That is up to 5 business days for us to prepare your order and up to 10 business days to produce it (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, where tracking is available.

Delivery takes up to 10 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We currently ship to the United States only and can't ship to PO boxes. Orders over $150 ship free. Customs duties and import taxes are prepaid, so you will not pay anything extra on delivery.

You are responsible for entering a correct address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping is at your cost.

If we cannot ship your order within 15 business days, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your order has not arrived 10 days after it ships, contact us and we will investigate and replace it.

8. Replacements, no refunds

Because every item is custom-made, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or because you would have preferred a different look, where the product reasonably matches your approved preview.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email support@mabelmoose.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. If we can verify that the item’s condition is materially different from what was advertised, we will replace it at no cost to you. If we are unable to replace it, we will refund you instead.

9. Intellectual property

Everything on the Site, apart from your uploads, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Site and our products are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers keep any mandatory rights from the place where they live.
