mabelmoose.com (the “Site”) is operated by 4jam Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. Questions or requests: support@mabelmoose.com.

2. Information we collect

Order details: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address.
Your photos and design choices: the photo(s) you upload, the options you select, and any name or instructions you type.
Payment information: card and payment details are entered with our payment processor Shopify and its payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.
Messages: emails and chat messages you send us.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar tools.
Marketing preferences: whether you opted in to our newsletter.

3. How we use it

To process, produce, ship and track your order, and to email you confirmations, shipping and delivery updates.
To create a preview of your design and prepare the print files.
To answer your questions and handle replacements.
To send marketing emails if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To prevent fraud, keep the Site secure and meet our legal obligations.
To understand how the Site is used and improve it.

4. Your photos and AI tools

To create your preview and print files, your photo is processed by automated image tools, including AI services provided by [AI IMAGE PROVIDER]. A member of our team reviews the output before anything is sent for production.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run the business:

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders.
Payment processors, to take payment.
Production partners (factories), who receive your design file and the shipping label for your order in order to make and pack it.
Shipping carriers, including 4PX and the last-mile carrier in your country, who receive your name, address and contact details to deliver your order.
Service providers that help us operate: Google (Drive and Sheets, for order files and records), our automation platform (n8n), our email provider [EMAIL PROVIDER], our AI image provider [AI IMAGE PROVIDER], and our live-chat provider [CHAT PROVIDER].
Analytics and advertising tools [LIST, e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or delete this line if none].
Authorities or buyers of our business if required by law, or if we are involved in a merger or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. International transfers

Our production partners and some of our service providers are located outside the United States, including in [COUNTRIES, e.g. China]. By placing an order you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data protection laws.

7. Cookies

8. How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons. We delete your uploaded photos and design files one month after your order is delivered, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe.

9. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email support@mabelmoose.com from the address you used to order. We will respond within 45 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make significant changes we will tell you on the Site or by email.
